Possum Road Kill

On my way home from the food store I saw this little guy laying on the road. The possum was in great shape for road kill. It probably was hit recently. I was going to move it to the bushes but didn't because its the summer and who knows how many gems and or diseases that possum had. So I just left it there. But I can't help but feel like I missed out on something awesome.
